Last night, I made salmon for my sister and I, which was about 1 pound of fish for reference.

- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Cover a broiler with foil and spray with olive oil/pam/etc
- Rinse salmon with cold water and then pat dry
- Put salmon on pan and season accordingly. I used a seafood blend that was delicious
- Put in oven for 15 minutes (time will vary depending on amount of fish)
